The UGC Rate Calculator and any other tool on Noverano provide market-informed estimates for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or contractual advice, and they are not an offer or a guarantee of any rate. You are responsible for your own pricing, contracts and negotiations.

Benchmarks change

Benchmark values are updated from time to time and may be out of date or unsuitable for your market. We make no warranty that any estimate is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Coming-soon tools

Tools marked “coming soon” are not available and may change or never launch. Expressing interest or joining early access does not create any obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noverano is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the tools or their output.

Changes
