Noverano is a small set of free tools. Email is the only channel, and there is no ticketing system in between: messages go to the person who builds them.
What to write about
- Privacy: questions about the privacy policy, or a request to delete an email address you gave us for early access. Say which address to remove, or write from that address.
- Early access: changing the address you signed up with, or which tool you want to hear about.
- Bugs: a number that looks wrong, a broken page, something that does not work. The page address and what you did before it happened are the useful parts.
- Anything else: questions about the methodology, feedback, or which tool we should build next.
